Every second counts when stabilizing life-threatening trauma cases. This course, taught by qualified nurses, prepares you with the knowledge, critical thinking skills and training needed to provide high-quality trauma nursing care. After completing this course, you will be able to properly assess patients and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for them.
TNCC Provider Course - is a one and one-half day course that includes online pre-course modules, didactic lecture, a skills test, and an online exam.
Registered RNs who pass the skills test and online exam will receive contact hours and a 4-year TNCC verification.
TNCC renewal course is a one-day course designed for
registered nurses who hold a current TNCC verification.
After successfully completing the skills test and online
cognitive assessment, they will receive a 4-year TNCC verification.
These advanced courses build on the foundation of basic life support (BLS) skills and take healthcare provider training to the next level.

Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization
For healthcare providers who periodically care for pediatric patients.

Targeted at those who infrequently use ECG interpretation skills. Review the basics and practice interpreting printed and live rhythm strips.

This 10 hour Canadian Safety Council course is for children 12 and up. It covers child development, safety, first aid and CPR. The Babysitters Training Course is one of Canada Safety Council’s longest running programs. The course promotes the responsible management of common situations that may arise while children are under the care of babysitters.
This 10 hour Canadian Safety Council course is designed for children 10 and up. The Home Alone Program is designed to provide children with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them safe and constructively occupied.
This 2 hour course was created at the request of a group of new parents. Perfect for parents Covering topics such as fever, respiratory illness, dehydration, child and infant CPR/choking and when to seek help. The Canadian Pediatric Society Guidelines for the care of common childhood illnesses will be presented by Melody Priestley, a 25 year Emergency Room Nurse and educator.
