Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

• Payment guarantees your place in the course.  If you have not paid your place may be taken by another student that has provided payment.
• Cancellations within one week of the course will not be refunded.  It is possible to apply the payment to another of our future courses.
• ENA courses (ENPC/TNCC) are not eligible for a refund due to the upfront costs that must be paid to ENA.  The fee is transferrable to another of our ENA courses of the same type.
• Courses cancelled by the instructor will be refunded or payment can be applied to another course.  
• Students are responsible for obtaining learning materials for ACLS, PALS, BLS, First Aid, PEARS courses, such as textbooks from the Heart and Stroke Foundation SHOP.
• ENA course (ENPC/TNCC) fees include e-text.
• All fees include HST.
