This 10 hour Canadian Safety Council course is for children 12 and up. It covers child development, safety, first aid and CPR. The Babysitters Training Course is one of Canada Safety Council’s longest running programs. The course promotes the responsible management of common situations that may arise while children are under the care of babysitters.
This 10 hour Canadian Safety Council course is designed for children 10 and up. The Home Alone Program is designed to provide children with the necessary skills and knowledge to be safe and responsible when home alone for short periods of time. It will help them understand how to prevent problems, handle real-life situations, and keep them safe and constructively occupied.
This 3 hour course was created at the request of a group of new parents. Perfect for parents Covering topics such as fever, respiratory illness, dehydration, child and infant CPR/choking and when to seek help. The Canadian Pediatric Society Guidelines for the care of common childhood illnesses will be presented by Melody Priestley, a 25 year Emergency Room Nurse and educator.
